I am looking for a property for myself in central or south west Florida.Sarasota is one of my favorite places, as it has nice beaches and it's close to Tampa if I need to get a job in the tech sector.But almost all the homes in Sarasota are part of a HOA, which is a deal killer for me.I did find about North Port, which is also in Sarasota county but about 30 minutes drive to any nice beach.Can you recommend nice places like Sarasota but without HOA communities?

I moved a deal this summer in Dania Beach through another wholesaler.

My University is 3 and a half hours away from Virginia Beach, and I won't be able to afford a car in college.Now, the only reason I make this thread, is that everyone always says "they wish they started earlier."

Does anyone in palm Beach County, (specifically Delray) know the rules on parking a sunfish sailboat in the driveway? 

There is a duplex listed for 299k in Va Beach but the appraised value stated 230k.

Due to the cost of LA real estate I will be focusing my search out of state.I've already attended one of the Webinars and hope to attend a meetup in Long Beach next week.

@Steven SmithI’m in Long Beach, CA where multi family homes are expensive and finding an investment that cash flows right away is like trying to find a unicorn.

I currently live in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area and own one home that I've held for about 2.5 years.
