At a minimum, tenants get 90 days or, the remainder of the terms of the lease, whichever is longer, as long as those tenants are not the immediate family of the previous owner, or the owner.

My house Is paid off and the rent covers all expenses you mentioned plus electric, our cell phones, internet and auto insurance.  

She used the term make it cute again and I think that is our goal which will work with which ever direction we go.
