I did Quartz one time only because it was on sale for the same price as granite and the buyers loved it, but I like the look of granite because it's not as uniform as Quartz, which makes it look unique.

Now if you had a workers comp policy, then you would end up covering any worker you hire; a year end audit would uncover that you had employed workers who did not carry their own coverage and so you would be paying additional premiums for the time (and tasks) that they worked for you!

For example, my last rehab,  the pacing item was getting the kitchen done, so we focused on that,  but for example when it came time to do tasks in the kitchen like rough plumbing,  electrical and tile floor,  we did those in the other rooms that needed it as well.
