I would go the other direction and require part of the closing proceeds to be held in escrow for some amount of time - maybe up to 3 days - to ensure the house was vacant and you had an opportunity to inspect and confirm and sign off.

That said:- Recessed cabinets require coordination to ensure cavity is free of obstructions (plumbing, electrical) and that the stud spacing aligns with the center-line location of the MC.
