You are not wasting time/gas driving back and forth to cut keys if a guest, housekeeper or maintenance misplaced it.

It's a bit more cost effective to get to a hybrid of both styles.

OP is referring to how the subject property was titled... which has no effect on how the lawsuit against his "partners" should be handled. 

Maybe your market is hot and they don't want to waste time with a buyer that may or may not qualify.

I have seen a few "Gurus" talking about using a HELOC to pay large chunks of your mortgage and then use your HELOC as a checking account and put your paycheck into the HELOC to help with payment of the HELOC, or something to that effect.

Telling someone they shouldn't pay someone else to manage is like telling them they shouldn't 'waste' money on paying someone to do electrical, plumbing, or flooring work. 

They will waste a lot of time if they are showing the property to everyone who inquires.
