@Rick Baggenstoss there is this really cool function (a BP quick tip if I remember correctly) where you can actually adjust the playback speed of your audio by 2x.

Not a specific one however I regularly attend one in Studio City near u on the third Tuesdays of each month.

All, I came across a couple of deals in Houston that someone has converted a 5/4 house into a 5x1/1 (studio type).

Live in your flip, move to wherever you need to, house hack an apt building and live in the studio?  

They are either a studio or a 1-bedroom condo.

I looked up reviews and most of the tenants stay there because of the price ($950 for a studio), but they move out as soon as they can afford more because of bad management, low-level tenants, and poor upkeep of the property.

We will have a double door in one of the units allowing for a rental of a 2/2 or a 1/1 and studio.
