So when problems arise they new about it and we could handle it accordingly. 

As an investor in turnkey properties (with teams in place), I use  umbrella insurance to make sure that I have good coverage for any liability that might arise due to properties I own.  

All of the members at our firm are active real estate investors, so we're familiar with the issues that often arise.

Insurance limits will have alot to do with your net worth, what you have to lose, what risks you assume and how potential losses arise from court cases in your area.

I have agreed to a PPP equal to the difference in the tax liability arising from an early payoff for a set period, like 3 years.

I would like more feedback if you've had a similar situation arise then what would be your take on this situation.

Hey folks,Recently acquired a 4 unit multi-family property in Signal Hill.Very exciting and have been doing minor improvements myself here and there, however, there are of course some things I know I'm going to want a professional to address soon.As well as planning for the future in regards to having someone dependable I can call for times when an issue arises and I am not nearby or even in the state.Looking to you fine people for recommendations for local contractors: plumbers, electricians, handymen, and roofers.
