In exchange, buy them coffee and ask as many questions as you can.By volunteering, you won't be working for money and you'll actually get the chance to learn and by sitting with them, you'll tap a large source of knowledge.As for reading through books, there are tons of scams.

If the contract states that you plan to re-sell for a profit, and there is no Anti-flip verbiage in the approval letter, I don't see what the problem is.

By actually having the funds pass through escrow they are trying to cut down on scams.

I was probably totally scammed. 

The background check I have done shows that this company is nothing more than a scam.

NO SCAM Artists.

My concern early on was whenever I saw "investor alert" or "landlords welcome", I passed by quickly thinking this is just a scam...  

With a “poor me” I’m going to be homeless,don’t take my grandmas mistakes out on me” gosh I could go on and on and on.But now I’m back to the what do I do. 5 days up, non pay ( as mentioned, now 3 days later past, she is still trying to scam me to stop the eviction!

I smell a SCAM here , DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY .  

This is not a scam and I don't relish rehashing my reasons for doing this to every Nosey Parker who is "curious."
