I am looking for a property for myself in central or south west Florida.Sarasota is one of my favorite places, as it has nice beaches and it's close to Tampa if I need to get a job in the tech sector. But almost all the homes in Sarasota are part of a HOA, which is a deal killer for me.I did find about North Port, which is also in Sarasota county but about 30 minutes drive to any nice beach. Can you recommend nice places like Sarasota but without HOA communities?
