A few years ago I realized my own personal need for additional garage space and thought of a DIY garage concept, which has since become a concept for niche market automotive related space solutions.

If the answer is no, I would suggest Joint Venture with an experienced real estate investor.  

Located in Temple near WallmartHabitat also has locations in Norristown and Coatesville if you are willing to venture that far.

I will listen to all of the podcasts to continue to learn, but welcome any advice that will help me in my new venture.
