We have finished our second BRRR and can't find a lender to do a cash out refinance for us.

Yes I’ve flipped a few in piedmont, just finished up a rental in Williamston and looking for what’s next.

He makes really good money doing commercial tenant finish, but his clients pay about every 60-90 days. 

Of course now I wonder if her attitude is going to make a difference.

The issue at hand is I have paid thousands to an attorney, had to leave work twice and be at court, not to mention that they still bought 30 days of extra free rent to do this. 99% percent of the time the people I screen are wonderful.

I was wondering if they were scammers, but it seems like you mentioned, just a group of beginners trying to make money off my property.  

I also wonder how much 2-3 brand new furnaces and ductwork would affect the appraisal as this is would be a BRRR.  

Hello Ian,Im aware this post is now a year old but I was wondering if you ever came to a conclusion as to what the best initial loan for a BRRRR deal is if you're planning to refinance in 6-12 months?

Makes me wonder why they aren't all over asking you to sell.
