It appears to me that the Principal has gotten all his "stuff" together to provide a web based system for rehabbers and investors to connect and transact short term investments.  

Just go to the web site and follow the directions.

They speak English and you can hire one full time for a month that has a Bachelors degree for $300 for a full month of work.You can look in the job board and find ones that have the experience and background in the work you need.You can also hire them by the project, say long enough to design you a web site etc.

I believe the pitch was somethign to the effect of "Forget about yellow letters and bandit signs - everyone will end up doing a web search anyway, why not have a site." 

I probably could've learned most of what he teaches on biggerpockets and through some careful and diligent scouring of the web.

Sometimes it comes through under "Uhaul" (note Web Self Storage is owned by Uhaul) versus your location name. 

Don't depend on web resources like google street view. 

Stating from my personal experience; they are very hands on, since they are web based, I wasn't sure of what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how hands on my assigned loan officer was.He called me after I've filed out the initial application form, wanting to know more about what I'm actually looking for, the conversation was laid back, but very helpful to me, and he was always a phone call away if I have any question.

All the virtual assistants I am encountering are pushing the new online web platforms as their go-to choice for working with me.... and I'm not so sure.
