@Randel V. if you find a great deal not on the MLS the money will find you, if you are looking at starting and don't have much money my recommendation is to try and find a great deal, put 5% down on something where you can live in part of it and rent the rest out ....

Just give them the details of the property, beds, bath, garage, exterior, age of roof, as much as you can, your asking price, whether seller or buyer pays closing, and the rest is on their end.

I recently considered a service that basically does what you mention specifically as "corporate housing" with companies, but never went further into it as I ended up renting the unit out to some normal folks.

I normally have them sign the Information About Brokerage Services if we meet up and ALWAYS have them sign the IABS and a non representation agreement if we agree on a price and I get the house under contract.
