I get in contact with the wife of the son and for 2 months I'm sending messages through the wife to the husband (brother to deceased) of how we can go about them getting to sell the home to me.

@Paul Jamgotch  I find the  ( report this as spam ) in your PM inbox is a useful tool.I just crack up when someone sends me a message I see your posts on BP and it looks like your really interested in this market here is a great 40k rental  LOL...
