How to write up a contract etc.It may be total nonsense to you are may make some sense but getting a license for me was the best thing I ever did for my investing career.Some states actually prohibit a REALTOR from participating in this type of scheme so a blanket statement advising people to get their real estate license in order to wholesale properties in poor advice.In addition to states prohibiting such activity so do many broker's because E & O insurnace may not cover this type of activity which could leave the broker on the hook should something go bad.Moreover, many agents who can legally participate in this activity are opening themselves up to more actionable litigation.

You don't need to be to own a senior assisted living project or a nursing home, but that means you'll need to hire others to admisiter staff, or farm it out.May be the best place for you to start is with your state regulatory agency that governs such institutions, I'm sure you'll change your mind!

IOW, the money will simply find its way into the pockets off a few well connected special interests that need to be "paid back" for their past support.If they buy the bonds from banks and other large institutions, the money will go right into their balance sheets with zero effect on the economy, spending, lending, or inflation.Finally, if the bonds get purchased from individuals, like you and I, then it might get plowed back into the economy through spending or investing, with a small effect on inflation.

He can't afford to lose a lender after what it really takes to be considered a listing agent by a large lending institution, it's not easy.The prices of REO's are aggressive and are intended to move fast but they're 'right' for a landlord not right for a wholesaler or some quick flip where you think 20k was left on the table for the taking.

That will get you feet wet as to what to look for in a good note.There are lots of ways to locate notes, so that's not a hill to climb.Unless you're buying institutional notes and getting a loan file, you'll need to do some due diligence.
