@Damein White go there and hang out at a Home Depot, 6am Saturday morning to find hard working ones.

I am sure there are many paths to get to your goal but one thing I certainly suggest, is hang out with people who are doing what you want to do. 

If you want to find real estate borrowers, got to where real estate borrowers hang out.

I haven't really said much just been hanging back and trying to learn but now I am tying to take some action.

That's why I was thinking of a two-car garage in the backyard that has a roof-top deck (similar to the photo example) that would be a cool place to hang out if it had a great lake view that the ground just doesn't have. 

Also ,  many VETERANS of the RE wars are in wholeheartdly agreement -now isnt the best time to start.Low hanging fruit has been picked clean. 

Once you are licensed, you will need to hang your license with a broker before you’re allowed to perform real estate activities.Most people shop around for brokers after they pass the test while they wait for their license to be issued.

My hang-ups on Triple Net:1.)With cap rates low right now - you almost need 30 years to have any cash flow - -things like McDonald or Chick Oil A are doing 4%, even lower Caps.  

How long can you hang on?

For the time being, I am not planning an early retirement.If that ends up coming through for you, post back, and please ping me, so I can start my retirement planning (not joking, it wouldn't matter where I'd need to hang my license or w/e).
