Very cool!

Rather than being a solo dealmaker, I want to build upon my meaningful relationships in the area by getting to know motivated wholesalers, investors, community banks, and other professionals who enjoy exchanging ideas and knowledge.Does anyone have any advice on meetups for local investors, good wholesalers, small local banks with less rigid financing, or ways to find other cool people that love what they do?

We would actually insulate and Heat and cool the garage so it could be a flex space, work space, office, what have you.

The market has cooled off in a lot of places and it looks like there is a downturn in the near future.

Maybe look into mini split systems , they are a heating and cooling unit for each room and dont require any ductwork.

But I'm worried we might have missed the window on this.Oh cool, never heard of it.

Real estate is cool stuff and I feel like i'm just get started but am excited to see where it will take me and it's always awesome when I get to help others on their journey there as well!

my aviation partner started this company https://www.relevantbuildings.com/   not cheap but pretty cool and nice for ADU's in tight spaces like urban settings.we build new in Charleston SC and there was a development next to me called Hunley waters  they were all pre fab craned up and put together in a few weeks.. the EAST coast has far more of this than west coast market does not accept it like it does there.. we have starter builders like ADAIR  who does it real cheap but you need to do the dirt work and foundation.. and NO changes..
