I should admit that one of the reasons I take the approach I do is that my wife's grand plan for keeping our children (and eventual grandchildren) close by is to give them each a house.  

You will create a lot of memories raising your children that money can't ever buy.I've lived in Eagle Rock for 20 years. 

i asked them what they were doing and they said theyre making sure they can comfortably live there lol (mind you its a 2000 sf property with 4 beds, 2 baths, full basement). they called back in a week to see if they could come tape off areas to see where their furnitures going to go...thank god the place was already rented by then.

Again, I would conservatively estimate that this house would retail for $150K.Upon "googling" the deceased's name last night, within two minutes I was able to find the names of four children and eight grandchildren. 

I am 23 and looking to have children soon, (next 2 years) which means I need to get my finances in line.

My husband's job affords me the opportunity to stay home with our children and so I have decided that now is the perfect time to pursue some dreams. 

Unlike cars and credit cards, payday lenders and furniture rent to own scams, real estate is regulated as to predatory dealing, so if you think you're going to jam someone with poor credit or means, better think again.

Dirt on my clothes, dirt in my dishes, dirt in the shower, dirt on my makeshift furniture.  

As a matter of fact, I am recommending to my young adult children that they consider this approach.
