Hi Megha,Generally speaking, our capital partners are okay with cabin-style homes in the Smoky Moutain region used as STR/LTRs, but we would need to see the property to get a better idea of whether it is a match for us and our partners. 

I have recently done wholesale deals to build enough capital for down payment.

My thought is more about time in the market and getting the snowball started now vs. 10 years from now. 

Originally I used Mint, then Personal Capital, followed by Mint again.

I am investing about 50k which is 3.3% stake out of 1.58mm capital being raised for the deal.
