House Hacking is going to give you a huge boost in your real estate investments.

Cut costs wherever possible in order to boost profits.

Do they have fund level debt ahead of you, to help boost the mortgage returns?

You should be able to get residential financing if it's 4 units or less.But make sure you boost your credit score to 720+ and payoff all debt two months prior.

While I agree that offers should be made and if an agency exists (substantive contact at least) there are steps that an agent is required/should morally take.

Unfortunately this doesn’t really boost economy because investors don’t have much to work with.

When going beyond our property, and I think you are, and then you add the moral obligation to help others (a rising tide raises all ships), then I think there is some sense of responsibility to give back and help out.

The reality is not not a question of whether something is morally right or wrong.

Frankly, we are going to test the vacation market with other units in our portfolio due to the massive boost in revenues.  

Someone I had known for years and who I highly respected and still believe him to be of very high moral character.
