I am getting ready to do a mass postcard mailing, but my question is should I mail the same postcard repeatedly, alternate?

I'm curious to hear from all-so-wise posters what would be the alternative?

BUT beware,,,it will kill underlying roots of desirable trees also.It is a great lawn broadleaf control also,with above limitations of killing desireable trees underlying roots,,,the weed B gone is basicly a 2-4-D product which knocks them back also,,,but NOT as toxic to underlying good tree roots The 'CUT" sapling treatment MAY be one way around this,,but the active ingredient of it 'piclorin'(sp) is death on wheels for trees.

Doug plainly states that his note business consists almost entirely of buying and re-selling notes, so this is flipping inventory and subject to UBIT in an IRA, or subject to self-employment taxes and ordinary income treatment in a taxable account.Lots of gurus also say that you can wholesale and flip in your IRA to grow you money exponentially inside the tax deferred plan.

I'd like see us completely run on alternative energy.

It is a great way to take full control over IRA money and invest in alternative assets such as real estate, private notes, cryptocurrency, etc. 

You will be glued to your phone some days though, but better than the alternative.

You have assets but they don't generate you ongoing income.I think you should look at investments that can provide you an alternate source of income, so stocks and bonds, and buy and hold rentals.

I asked if my other covered properties had been given this treatment and was told it does not appear they have audited them yet but that it would likely happen soon.Strange blanket policy to say the least but enough to get me to search for a new underwriter.
