I'm a diehard verizon fan; FORGET AT&T if you want decent reliable service.the q runs a stripped down version of windows on it so you can integrate it very easily and it loads way faster than blackberries.the storm sucks so don't go that route.also, you can get a q for much cheaper than an iphone.

It would tend to get you viewed as a guru trying to sell a package to someone.And we all know what kind of reputation those guru's have.While I am not a fan of this type of advertising, it can work if done right.Just keep away from the "I have a secret" message, PLEASE.

Wish I was more of a computer expert to say why.FWIW, I timed how long it takes me to load the pages I frequent most:10 seconds to load biggerpockets.com/dashboard.14 seconds to load 'Posts since last visit'.14 seconds to load page 2 of 'Posts since last visit'.14 seconds to load page 3 of 'Posts since last visit'.5 seconds to load a topic.5 seconds to load page 2 of that same topic.7 seconds to return to page 1 of that same topic.10 seconds to return back to 'Posts since last visit'.I always figured it was massive traffic but If you have any suggestions for speeding up my end I'd appreciate it.Thanks - Mark

I look forward to the results of your research.Remember people like doing business with people they like and trust.Treating tenants with respect and like the gold they are is a given.Doing something special for a tenant will provide long term goodwill.Some of my favorite tenant incentives include;Providing onsite or local daycare through the local churchFree pizza coupons given to the parents the day before their birthdayTenant BBQcar wash couponSundaes on SundayChoice of incentives for lease renewal the items designed to improve the unit value such as ceiling fan, painting of a room, new high efficiency shower head etc.As you can see some of these benefit the local business community which works both ways when advertising for a vacancy.

These are high-end commercial linoleum which would normally sell for $75 - $100 yd^2 ... and since the original customers are frequently hospitals, medical clinics, day cares, retirement homes, the linoleum tends to be more "fun" than the hordes of vinyl sheet that tries to look like stone, wood, something-else.
