First, we need to establish architectural assets vs liabilities.It's basically a good-looking building with nice, large, multi-paned windows, and two good contrasting finish materials, brick and siding.

I'm wondering how, specifically, either might prohibit gag orders like the one my association is trying to enforce as a private property agreement.I was communicating undisputed facts which I shared with my neighbors and anyone else who wished to see it on a website I created. 

As for budget, I'd like to stay somewhere between $200 - $400K range if that's possible.Someone mentioned Little Village to me and I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the area for multi-units?
