Any spare time can and should be used to create an additional stream of income, side job, side business etc.

Sometimes it's better to work alone, keep the money, and invest it as quickly as possible to set up a second income stream that can eventually replace your landscaping business completely.On to greener pastures!

Makes it sound like they are hanging on to an income stream here by not proactively managing tenants to the contract.Dump them asap...they're working for themselves - not you.

On a small budget though I converted to prop stream which also has a driving for $'s app.

While the smart TVs would work for people comfortable with streaming services.
