Is anyone else experiencing this issue and has anyone found a good way to move these issues forward?

Typically, the NDA will be integrated into other principal agreements relating to the subject matter of the NDA such as proposals, contracts, representations and agreements.It is always a good idea to separate trade secrets from confidential information in the NDA, this is because trade secrets usually have a longer protection period by law.

You can't fit them thru a typical 24" bathroom door on a remodel.You can still do the acrylic surround, you just use the one where the tub and surround come separately.

I never applied for a Unit that big and was wondering if I should try to get a loan (even though I don't get much income right now). and if how what is the process, is there a way to get the loan without putting money down, etc. the only reason I am asking this is I have no experience in this and it practically me jumping from one house to a 14-unit and am trying to figure out if this is a right move. 

We moved some walls and redid everything from the floors to the ceiling.

There are services out there that will install their own private sub-meter, but you would need to make sure the water supply runs are truly separate. 

After moving the tenant out, the property manager repaired the damage, and in the process also replaced the furnace and pipes and put up new drywall in damaged areas. 

It might not be the smartest move to have the building completely empty.

We will be looking for better lending terms and will move faster.

Its not without hassle though, that's an important distinction, tuckpointing, brick sealing, and potential wall separation/collapse are always considerations.
