I created the listing at Booking.com but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the headache to manage the listing in more than 2 platforms.

I am not sure what it is but I am having such an incredibly hard hard hard time finding serious people willing to dedicate time, sweat equity, money, effort and actually work hard to make money.

Yet, there are so many online platforms such as Trulia heatmaps, Redfin, Eppraisal, Zillow, etc. to estimate what the Median Price Range is for a given market's city...so if finding this info online is feasible in that regard, where can I find it and which is most accurate? 

What I would like to do is either put money into a crowdfunding venture or buy a performing note on one of the platforms (how to do even do that is another area of research all together).Is a checkbook controlled SDIRA the way the pros would do that? 

You already have a degree (in Political Science, not exactly the most useful area) and now you want to dedicate more of your time getting another degree in an area where you don't even want to work?!?!?!?!
