I was referred to Fund & Grow by a podcast hosted by Clayton Morris.I started following up after three months of non-performance on the part of Clayton, Morris Invest and any and all of his agents and contacts...including a personal phone call by my son to Clayton's personal residence when he spoke personally with Natali Morris with a personal assurance that she would have Clayton contact me with information about an "ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT" that I expected from him because he allegedly was only the SALES AGENT..which would, at least, give me an additional avenue of pursuit for performance of duty.Never got word back from them beyond that on the requested Assignment of Contract.2.

I am not a burn-the-boats type of person, and I am more productive with a backup plan.

I was used to dealing with one person for property management.

The person who is supposed to be in charge of our specific unit does not answer texts, and when I call it goes straight to voicemail.

Sorry but that LL is an idiot..... you either kick that person out in Feb 2022 or you religiously monitor that property for more illegal/unauthorized activity....because its going to happen.

You can roll it to a self-directed IRA (SDIRA) and buy real estate or privately lend, but you couldn't do that with your personal rental otherwise you would blow your IRA up. 6.5% right now is a great rate...it's lower than what you can get a 30-year fixed owner-occupied home for.

A few counties have in-person tax lien auctions, not through GovEase.com, but it is the same rules.Alabama tax lien investors can only accumulate the correct number of tax liens for the correct number of years and then file a lien foreclosure lawsuit.

Personally I don't think the home office deduction is worth the eyeballs it always brings from the IRS.
