Direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

There are great pieces of information but i'm struggling to find a location where all risk associated with their mitigation strategy. 

This person will be in second lien position with nothing but a piece of paper to hold you to.

They're a top-notch brokerage and I suggest calling Andy Keuny and asking whether they have an investor-friendly agent that you could work with.

To make a long story short, this imbecile of a plumber melted my acrylic tub with his soldering gun, after specifically being told to cover it and being provided with a large piece of cardboard.
