I'm looking to hang out here more often and soak up all the info from all the helpful guys and gays here.

Mailing out to homeowner to see if they want to hang out or meet up will cost you money and I think have a low return rate.  

With the license comes the requirement of full disclosure when dealing with sellers and costs to hang your license on someone's wall.  

If you "can't" show tax returns yet claim to have paid in full cash flowing properties, you might as well hang a sign around your neck saying "I'm a tax cheat or money launderer."  

We have been hesitant to tell friends, most think we're a bit touched for hanging out there!

I let him hang around a bit, he picked up a broom and started cleaning, he moved quickly, stood up straight, kept quiet, stepped in a gave a hand helping others.

I need to do my homework, put in the effort, and hang in there through the rough patches.I'm looking forward to meeting people here and learning from those who so generously share their insights and wisdom from a wealth of experience.

Don't hang your hat on the Assessors Office, totally different entity than the Building Department, pull the jacket or file from the Building Dept to find out what the property "legally" is or isn't in this case...given the fact that it is a basement unit I would suspect that it is an illegal unit...the question I have for you is this (and the same you should ask the seller)...if a fire was to start in the kitchen of the basement unit, would the insurance company pay off for the repairs, if illegal no...more importantly, if that same fire kills someone in an illegal apartment that you had rented you may end up in a legal **** storm and possible jail time...a few years back in my area a fire in an illegal apartment killed two people and the slumlords are still in jail to this day...the answer is at The Building Dept...just my opinion !

I find that having a lot of tasks hanging over my head causes me the most stress.
