I can't find it now, but that is what I remember.Regarding the transfer of the title, I did a survey of lenders a few months ago about valuation of a working STR vs just a house and LLC title transfers.I surveyed 10 or 12 lenders.

I closed on a nice house in a B to B+ neighborhood in Ontario, CA.

I have a paid-off investment house in Austin, worth about 385k.

Since you already own a couple properties.Really just drive around, find beat down houses then start dialing. 

With your amount down, I'd say that house hacking or investing in a single-family rental are both solid options.

I am debating if I should sell my 2 houses and just move the move into syndications or stock market.

If so, how was the lot with the house on it impacted in terms of market value? 

Unfortunately i do have expenses and I'm already losing money on this house.

I'm not sure I fully understand what FDIC insurance covers, but want to make sure our money is protected from any fraud or cyber incidents while we shop for another house.
