I am curious about exit options if need to re-tenant, since I believe the building has a lot of separate rooms for the dog/cat kennels, and thus would likely require a substantial reno if a new tenant were to come in (unless it was another dog/cat boarder).

Or maybe it goes and picks up groceries, dry cleaning, takes the dog to grooming, go to maintenance, picks up kids from school and takes them to soccer.I wonder what we do with all the garages at homes...that have 2-3 car garages?
