There are a lot of databases with data like illegal immigration growth, industry growth, and population growth.

Most of them are free of charge with the exception of probably a brokerage administrative or flat fee that is around $300 (when you purchase a property).

@Jill GreenI would echo @Brian Eastman's comments.There is more cost and administration involved with the ROBS, so that should probably only be considered if you want to generate income from the investments in the short-term and/or want to be actively involved in the business.
