The way I think of it, in an explicitly Christian way, is that it is we are all children of God.

And there should be a double bounty for children who report on their parents!

So do I, this is the house we live in 7 months of the year https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20171285  It was built to be a winery, is 8000 SF when we are finished and  its on 15 acres, with vineyards on 3 sides,  the "basement" is not yet finished, has 12 foot ceilings and was going to be the production room and is going to be my office, it is 2200 sf...the basement...with those same views....the other 5 months we live at the coast in a cottage 3 blocks from the beach....and we MAKE money each year...we rent the home out during high season, have a 2nd set of basically everything (furniture, linens, dishes etc) we store in the garage..hire movers to swap everything out. 

I imagine you run into this with parents purchasing for their children, but my situation would be a little different, as I wouldn't be listing him as a co-signer.

Tenants are likely to have their own furniture and will need somewhere to place it.

If they take their time to envision how they would arrange furniture and live there, be very happy.  2) I don't like turnover and don't rent to people moving 50+ miles away.

I'm not married (am in a serious relationship), and I also do not have children. 

My goal in real estate is to build a portfolio that will allow me the freedom to spend more time with my wife and two young children.

Is it advisable to buy these items which are technically standalone furniture items for an "unfurnished" unit?
