I do not believe that the current laws governing property management (in Ohio) promote the best interests of either property owners or tenants.

She wanted the discount but was worried since she knew there was a possibility of a promotion at work that would involve relocating.  

I know it's not good to promote vacancies, but as a landlord I have found that sometimes this is the best solution. 

Let the competition pay money to promote the keywords that you will copy for free.

There seems to be a happy medium in permanent residents and holiday users, especially if you are a member of one of the roadside assistance clubs that promotes your park as a preferred stopover.

Make a written evaluation of each applicant:Keeps appointment - On time/Late but called/Late, no callCleanliness - Neatly dressed/Messy/Trashy  -  Vehicle clean/Messy/TrashySocial Media - Posts clean & polite/Crude/Promoting illegal activity/Partier/No posts foundDisposition - Agreeable/Polite/Pleasant/Rude/OffensiveType up a simple form and add the above to your current credit, income, criminal, and reference standards.

I got a promotion at work and just recently moved to Washington state. 

Out here in California the state is promoting this option to help solve our housing crisis.
