I was wondering:  I suppose a person can stop paying property tax and eventually the State will take it away...but I am worried about legal consequences or penalties for doing that.

Just wondering if anyone actually called or texted the interested emailers...they all put down a phone number but no other information.

If I can catch-up and finish a couple projects this winter I am hoping to have solid plans next summer. 

However the form/procedure is quite confusing so I was wondering which of the below would be the better alternative:1.

I plan on making upgrades to a 3 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom home and I was wondering what are the best upgrades to perform in order to increase the value of the home.

For example, if the average is $100/sq ft, they may only calculate a finished basement at $50-60/sq ft.

There's also a property in that area similar build and original just like the subject property, for sale at $170,000 and has been listed for over 140 daysI am wondering if you comp the property just like you would with a SFR, this home was built in the 70's and has no foundation built in 1970.
