In this case you would be using a short term loan so once you refi or sell the subject property the person who funded the deal would be completely out of the picture.

What I like about the deal is that I am using a very experienced friend who wholesales and has a property manager, bank, etc. in place to make the entire process very turnkey.

Hey Steve, The most common way to avoid taxes is using a 1031 Exchange and purchase a property shortly thereafter selling a rental.
