It's an art in itself, and a whole different skill aside from the landlording.....You're LUCKY if you already have a team of trusted contractors.....And I thought I did.....I've used the same reputed local plumber for a bunch for my units.....Long story SHORT, he HAD to finish the job that day but only did HALF of it, still leaking a bit after.....The in-house engineer of the condo building tells me, he can do it for $40 bucks and he has the parts already.....How do I go back to the old contractor, cut him off for his half-done job and handle the payment????.......

@Carlos Rodrigues, I'm pretty sure it's a violation, but even if it isn't, you will rapidly gain a reputation for crossing a sign - which is a big fat giant NO in the eyes of all real estate agents.
