Nope.Mortgage servicer says only way to remove it is to re-fi.

Primarily because home prices in the area are expected to flatline / deflate/ correct,  but also because the property was built in the 50s and more serious deferred repairs and maintenance are starting to compound.  

Im looking to do about 25k worth of repairs towards it.

This could become a viable partnership and accelerates how quickly you'll scale.Couple of other thoughts...1) Who's responsible for repairs? 

I own a PM Co that specializes in full service meaning we market/price/book the property, communicate with the guests, manage housekeeping, and manage maintenance.  

All this means is just make sure you are an expert realtor and know what your doing to make sure you deliver the best service to your clients and standout from everyone else.

If repairs are not done they will abate rent after a time. 

When a professional is running the pricing, the schedule, and the guest services, you would be shocked to see how much 1 unit can actually make.

I personally don’t need the services of a buyers agent but don’t advocate that route for anyone else. 

This is a process that can be done on the internet in a simple manner in most states and there are plenty of  filing services who can complete this task for less than an attorney will charge.
