If real estate is the collateral for the loan, are you comfortable owning a piece of real estate should a loan foreclosure occur?

It is a solid house in a top-notch neighborhood with one of the best schools in the state of WI. 

Just remember to start slow and have all the pieces in place.

Maybe having something that state seller will put 2k or 3k towards additional closing costs, I am not sure but something to look into before the next deal for sure.Agent commissionSeeing what my agent will get as his piece (which I am happy he is getting) makes me think about getting my license for the next deal.  

I'm lending at a 25% LTV on a piece of land in a high end neighborhood.
