No company name (on the front) but it's obvious from the email address and website on the front of the card.My company name is on the back along with basic info as to who we are, date founded, business affiliations etc.I don't know one seller who knows what a 'wholesaler' is.

I do understand what you mean Wayne, but with this deal the pre approval stated that they had reviewed my credit( part of huds reqirement) and I sent hud my bank statements showing that there was more that enough funds to close the deal which hud also requested, so everything was there except the bank statements that hud requested, I tend to agree with what bill said earlier on, when i spoke to the lender they stated to me that they are a "lender" and do not provide bank statements, but is that statement accurate?

We went a Black History month celebration at the Hilton and then went to my 12 year old daughter's volley ball games.6:30pm to 1am (and counting) Following up with investors on my marina dealCalling/Emailing investors to find an end buyer for our rented flip in Columbia, SC (we always have a tenant in place on the day we close because we choose our renter first, have them select a property from our specific list and on the day our renovation is done, the tenant is moving in)Reviewing posts on BP, CREOnline, Facebook and Craigslist and doing some postingTomorrow much of the same but add a few investor meetings.

Now that the appraisal has come back 11k less than their asking price, it's taken 7 days, 6 phone calls and 4 emails from the selling agent to get the response "we've sent this request to the appropriate department".

If you are needing to buy things now is the time before you go agent status because then they want to see 2 years income statements for extending credit etc. with a career change.Next you have to ask yourself WHAT you want out of being an agent??
