A property with an address of 7201 can be a buy at 300K but a similar property at 7199 on the same street you wouldn't buy for 100K.So many areas with million dollar homes abutting low income homes and neighborhoods.

There are several ways you could build the list of addresses.

If you know of neighborhoods with similar duplexes you could also try looking the addresses up on your county tax assessor website to see what they last sold for.
