Last year I raised $50 million in a fund forecasting IRRs in the 12%-14% range.  

Looking for recommendations on gas vs. electric vs coils range.

There is also newer solid state battery technology that promises higher range and 5 minute recharge.

We have 3 2/1 houses in Omaha, that range from $1050-$1350 and those do not have garages. 

What could spook the housing market to fall further than that, to the 10-15% range (maybe 20%), is if the stock market starts a major dip at the same time.

All of this will generate a different profit margin and cash flow for each range in any given nicro-market

The range of recommended percentages are 5-15% for repairs, 3-10% for vacancy, 5-15% for CapEx, and 7-12% for management. 

Jobs range from fixing a door that isn't closing properly to putting a up a wall to close up an entryway. 

At any rate if you have a bad feeling about this couple (and the "money business" of the boyfriend plus what sounds like 3 high energy children ready to wreck your house would worry me more) then find a way not to continue with their application process.good points. he did a typical diversion asking if the place was safe so you would think positively of him. honestly some people think that they are able to outsmart everyone. all we have to do is just to open our eyes and ears and observe.
