I am looking forward to using this site to meet other investors and get tips and tricks of the trade.

Something else I've heard is putting a TV inside the unit on a timer, so it's on from say 5pm to 11pm, giving the appearance of someone being home.Your price looks more than fair for your location and level of rehab. 

Do you have any tips on how to find such a provider or have specific providers that you recommend?
