I do have an LLC established but I have not sold the property to the LLC because I am still trying to find the black and white version of what is allowed and not while using the VA loan.

I have no issue with a $300 hoopla session or whatever, just check compliance issues and not any crazy stuff for just the sake of it, you know I like dark blue suits with black shoes.

Would I want to make sure that I had a some mixed patterns in there (or just straight black) that could mask whatever a tenant might accidentally do that results in a stain? 

Is the more than 4 unit rule that black and white?
