Copyright infringement is a serious crime, and trying to pass someone else's work as your own is a bad idea (and a fast way to being sued).I question whether you should be giving advice to people on article marketing when you appear to be violating the #1 rule of article marketing - Never use the work of others as your own.

The price range was from $3K up to $25K over the list price of the REO, and all of them were privately owned so some easier negotiating on price would be likely.It's in a "transitioning" neighborhood so once you get outside of a 10 block radius you can find some real "beaters".

Zillow's estimates are way lower than I would expect my house to appraise for because of upgrades like granite counters, etc (even an extra room that magically appeared over my garage :lol: ).
