Just curious how others here have handled learning about service dogs last minute?

That would just be a lease agreement provided by the landlord.

Getting a good handle on those are hard if you have no experience.Think of it like any other rental but calculate out what your food, linen, housekeeping, front desk, upkeep costs are just like any other expense. 

There a ton of opitions for investors and a few new programs have just opened up that are making it easier to build an REI portfolio. 

They just came back into Florida so got a quote from them for a second time (for a second property).  

We know the area very well and only move a couple miles at the most, we actually just moved into a house in the same neighborhood as our first house.

starting by just brokering loans is a good way to start in states that do not require a license.. raising capital from private investors to make loans is a long process And very difficult if you do not have a long track record or pedigree in the industry.. if someone is brand new they really need to go work for a lender first.. other wise IMHO the chance of success is very small.

Miss one, and you might just find yourself drowning in delays or worse and kissing that sweet deal goodbye.Another checkpoint on our journey: third-party inspections.

For the flips I do or just the services I do in the area of changing out these windows I usually use Lawson but they are taking 10-12 weeks.
