Those really need to go.Painting and replacing knobs many buyers these days are keen on that trick and it's been used up.Also looking underneath the foundation it looked like one of the columns needed shoring up and the brickwork was deteriorating and would need some repair as well.I would totally redo the tubs and the kitchen.Kitchen and Baths sell a home and you don't want to give a retail buyer a negative as to why NOT to buy it.
