Does anyone have a spreadsheet or tool they are willing to share that helps them analyze your budget vs actual costs for a rehab?

They are great tools, with examples of other people like you investing in real estate and making great income.  

The self-directed IRA appears to be complex at first blush but I have found it to be very easy to navigate and a good tool to use.

But reverses can be a pretty powerful tool to get you right where you want to be.

I don't show the place until 1 week before it is ready because I don't want them failing over tools, bothering the workers, or making things disappear.

They are an excellent educational  and motivational tool.
