Does anyone have a good recommendation for a place in Tallahassee when I can buy used appliances (Stove) that is in "like new" conditions for one of my units. looking for items where they may have a small scratch, or was an open box from a major store etc.

Call the authority....it's that easy.Since you spent a lot of time, effort, money getting your license, you may be able to go inactive with the association and loose your MLS and key card access, but still keep your license active and earn referral fees with your broker.

Hi Krystalyn,A picture is worth a thousand words.Measure it outside and sketch the floor print.Draw as you go and make each box equal to 1 foot.The just do basic 5th grade math to get the square feet; Length times width.Bring a friend (child) to hold the far end of the tape.Good Luck!

I've now spent $700 on a toilet over the last 2 months because of emergency call fees, and I'm wondering if/when to start holding the property manager accountable for the repairs they are performing.If I do need to be holding the property manager accountable for repeated emergency calls on the same problem, how should I go about approaching them with the problem?
