Finally got notification the bank has accepted another offer, agent emailed and asked if I wanted to be put into a backup position, I said sure...asked if I need to modify the contract to include a backup contract addendum he said no, he would "make a note".Oh well, next!

No company name (on the front) but it's obvious from the email address and website on the front of the card.My company name is on the back along with basic info as to who we are, date founded, business affiliations etc.I don't know one seller who knows what a 'wholesaler' is.

The attendees are just wanting to get it done, adn are on the cell phones, texting, checking e-mail, doodling, doing nails...and the instructors are just giving the answers that will be on the test.Obviously this is painting it all with a broad stroke, but I think you get my point.
